Arras Apartments

We lived in Arras for 1 year and 6 months. We loved living here, the buildings and the grounds are kept nice, the apartments are very clean, modern and we loved the rooftop lounge. We had two maintenance issues, and both were taken care off. The maintenance guys are very nice and the mangers on site seem to care about their residents. The apartment is located in the spring district, and I loved walking around the spring district, great for walks. We moved from Bellevue to Austin but if it was not for the move, we would of continued to stay there. We are already missing the west coast and look forward to returning to west coast.

Living at Arras is fantastic! I'd like to first point out that this whole neighborhood is so safe. There's a small, clean park nearby which is great for walks. The apartments themselves are in great quality and have everything you need. No issues whatsoever with water, trash, sewage, etc. Parking is in a garage and well-maintained. The elevators are fast and spacious. Moreover, the staff is phenomenal. The maintenance team is always ready to help and go above and beyond. One time I submitted a request and had them there in less than 20 minutes. Whenever you see the staff, they make sure to greet you and make you feel at home. Tony, George and Lhakpa are always friendly and you never feel that you're taking up their time. James, Amanda, Angelica and Hailey have all been great at making sure everything is taken care of here at Arras. I have no qualms about the administration, and always make sure to say "Hello" when I see them. Overall, I have no regrets staying at Arras, it's been very convenient. My stay at Arras Apartment has been nothing short of exceptional. The community vibes and amenities are top-notch. A special shout-out to the maintenance lead, Tony, who showcases an exceptional level of dedication and promptness. He went above and beyond, even assisting us on a Saturday night when we were locked out. It's reassuring to know that we are in capable and caring hands here. Highly recommended!

Finally I decide to post this, after live in spring district for 2 years and moved from another apartment, I feel the current living experience deserve this report. Locker system was down all the time, but still charge every month. Maintenance respond after 4 days(reported on Mon/Tue, and just came on Friday), and we made the call and left the voice message, never works. Asked for a phone call or message notice before maintenance coming, but again, never work. Car breakin/prowl reported in the resident group chat. Now, after I waited at the office door till 9:15 and nobody show up, but the words on the door reminds me that the office should open at 9:00, I think i need to post this. Nothing personal and want to call out Mgr Amanda and James are really helpful as always.
